Embarking on a lifelong journey in healthcare, Cecily’s commitment began in elementary school, volunteering in Long Term Care facilities during summers. Progressing through roles, from Caregiver to Receptionist, Admissions Coordinator, and eventually Director of Admissions in her mid-20s, she absorbed the intricacies of healthcare management. Seeking a change a few years ago, she found a home at Carelock, contributing since 2021 and currently serving as the Operations Manager. Cecily’s passion lies in fostering genuine connections—knowing patients by name as they walk through the door, understanding their concerns, and building lasting relationships with both patients and staff. Transitioning from the acute care side to Primary Care/Urgent Care brought a fresh perspective, and with Carelock, her focus is on efficiency and patient-centric care. As the Operations Manager, Cecily’s role extends beyond organizational duties. It’s about ensuring our patients feel seen and heard, regardless of the challenges they face.
