Cindy Brown is board certified in Family practice by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Cindy began her nursing career in 1990 after graduating from the University of Phoenix with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing. She worked in the neuro trauma ICU and neurovascular ICU from 1990-1993 until she transferred to the Emergency Department at Paradise Valley Hospital in Arizona.  After many years of emergency department experience, Cindy returned to school earning her Masters of Science in Nursing as a family nurse practitioner in 2008 from the University of Phoenix in Arizona. She has worked in Primary Care clinics in northern Arizona from 2008 to present. Cindy Brown furthered her education at Johns Hopkins University where she received her Psychiatric Mental Health Practitioner Degree. Cindy has a passion for serving the community and providing excellent mental health treatment. Cindy specializes in the treatment and management of ADD/ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, Opioid Use Disorder, Bipolar disorder and more. Cindy is dual certified to treat primary care and mental health diagnoses. Cindy is also certified for administration and treatment with Spravato, a Ketamine based therapy targeted to treat patients with treatment resistant depression.
